Training Courses from the National Governing Body

In the modern world of sport and governance it is essential that coaches and instructors are adequately trained not only in their sport but in the essentials to be able to teach effectively and provide a safe training environment for everyone and for the protection of vulnerable adults and children in our diverse society.

As such the National Governing Body the British Taekwondo Council provide a vast array of courses for health, safety, legal compliance and development, being recognised as having some of the highest standards of any sport in the UK.

There are mandatory instructor courses and DBS checks plus essential insurance cover which all instructors are required to have. As the largest Taekwondo Governing body in the UK with around 32,000 members the BTC are able to provide most of the courses at very affordable prices.
